Randstad Construction Property Engineering UK CPE team is seeking an experienced Site Handyman or Painter for a short-term contract on a busy new build residential development in Oxford. The role focuses on snagging, making good, and performing general repairs to ensure properties are completed to high standards and are ready for handover.
You will carry out minor repairs to architraves, skirting boards, doors, patch painting, filling small cracks, re-grouting, and respond to issues on handover
