Fawkes & Reece Southampton is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor in Oxfordshire to oversee up to three live or pre-construction projects and lead a team of surveyors. You will report to the Commercial Manager and play a key role in procurement and final accounts.
The ideal candidate holds a BSc Quantity Surveying or an HNC, has proven experience across pre-construction to final account, can manage multiple projects and contract forms, and is eligible to work in the UK.
