Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager / Contracts Manager for Oxfordshire to oversee bespoke residential and commercial projects, with a mix of office and site duties. You will lead delivery, coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials, and produce contract reports while ensuring safety and on-time completion.
The role offers £50,000-£60,000 plus a company vehicle/allowance, discretionary bonus, training and pension.
