Quantity Surveyor (Award Winning Main Contractor) | Permanent | Oxford

We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award‑winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of the Oxford region.

Our company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £16m in value. We work across Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports & Leisure sectors and pride ourselves on long‑term partnerships with clients.

Due to an increased workload, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team by appointing a Quantity Surveyor who can work on large projects autonomously. Project values are around £10m and we need an experienced professional capable of managing projects from inception through to completion.

• Degree‑qualified (ideally)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Experience on D&B projects, both new build and refurbishment
• Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
• Ability to work autonomously on large projects (circa £10m in value)
• Full UK driver’s licence and ability to commute to Oxford daily

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package
