2 Site Engineers required – Setting Out Engineers - Groundworks

Wantage and Bicester – (Apply online only) day depending on kit and experience

Site Engineer will be required to set out for bolts, bases, drainage, utilities, slab, foundations, S278, sewers and externals. The project is a large new build industrial unit. Site Engineer with or without kit, will have laptop and CAD package.

Site Engineer role:

• Setting out and quality checks for structural steelwork, drainage works, underpinning, earthworks and excavations, groundworks

• Check setting out information

• Establish primary and secondary dimensional control

• Check and record control points

• Maintain site diary inc maintaining good housekeeping on site

• Manage and co-ordinate construction of all structural elements

• Set out and maintain structural accuracy and main and internal gridlines inc levels

• Ensure that appropriate quality records are being produced

• Understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Compilation of as-built drawings and create construction drawings for information

• Experience with Auto Cad and Total Station

• Carry out site surveys, levelling and setting out
