A close knit PQS Consultancy is seeking an independent and confident Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Oxford.
The Quantity Surveyor's roleThe Quantity Surveyor will be gifted the autonomy to run the projects on their own from pre-contract to post.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of project sectors including churches, heritage, leisure, residential and healthcare.
Qualifications- Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
- MRICS
- PQS consultancy experience minimum 3 years
- Car and driver's license
- Pre and post contract experience
- £40,000 - £50,000
- Strong pipeline of work
- Diverse range of projects
- Flexible working
- Clear route to Senior
- Petrol reimbursement for travel
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Phone bill paid for
- Set up and make payments into a personal pension
