Fawkes & Reece in Oxford is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial on projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will report to the Commercial Manager and mentor junior surveyors, ensuring commercial outcomes on multi-sector schemes.
The role requires a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent, strong experience in JCT/NEC contracts, procurement management, and visiting site as needed. Oxford commutable, right to work in the UK essential.
