An established independent Chartered Surveying practice is looking to add an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to its existing Building Surveying team due to continued success and sustained work volumes.
The role offers remote working , and candidates from across the UK will be considered, with particular interest in candidates based in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Greater London, Berkshire and Oxfordshire .
The workload will be varied and is expected to include leisure, hospitality and retail projects, with work potentially covering:
- Condition surveys
- Fund monitoring
- Dilapidations
- Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) work
- Contract administration
- Project management
The practice is open to candidates at different levels of seniority and will consider a range of backgrounds and experience. If you do not have experience across every area listed, you are still encouraged to apply. The practice is prepared to consider candidates on a case-by-case basis and can provide support and training where appropriate.
This is an opportunity to join an established Building Surveying team with a strong and sustained workload, working across a varied portfolio of commercial property instructions.
