Permanent role:
Quantity Surveyor.
Up to £70,000 P.A plus package (DOE)
Car allowance / company car
CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO 70K, Oxford BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS, MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND CAREER PROGRESSION.
An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join a well established Groundworks Contractor with a turnover of £40m to help expand the business following sustained growth with multiple projects currently ongoing.
DUTIES- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- All other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.
- Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks / infrastructure
- Commutable around Oxford area
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and quantity surveying software.
