An experienced Bid Manager is sought to join the Oxford Pre Construction team. The role focuses on developing robust tender programmes, logistical strategies and end-to-end bid processes.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in bid management or related project delivery, a solid construction background, and strong IT skills including MS Office;
InDesign familiarity is a plus. Collaboration and value-adding are essential.
