This developer is known for the luxury residential developments that they carry out with a strong pipeline of work and eager to progress careers.
The project is working on a large high end residential developments working to traditional houses and apartments with a large amount of units.
Ideal candidate3-5 years’ experience as an Assistant/Site Manager.
You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.
Construction developer experience.
A strong track record as a Site Manager.
Projects seen through from inception to completion.
Having worked on large residential schemes.
CSCS Card.
SMSTS certificate,First Aid Certificate.
