Rob Phone: I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join the Special Works Division of an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.

The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to 20m in value.

They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.

They have a Special Works Division that carry out a range of refurbishment projects up to 1m in value, and they are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to come on board and oversee projects within this Division. The ideal person will have a strong track record working on smaller refurbishment / extension projects up to 1m in value.

Experience:

Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualification

Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor Track record working on smaller refurbishment / extension projects up to 1m in value

Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors

First Aid, SMSTS, CSCSFull UK Drivers’ license

Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
