Rob Phone: I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.

The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to 20m in value.

They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.

The company have a huge pipeline of work and are looking to bring in an experienced No.1 Site Manager. The ideal person will be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

Experience:

Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualification

Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor Track record working on D&B projects

New build and refurbishment experience

Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors

First Aid, SMSTS, CSCSFull UK Drivers’ license

Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
