Rob Phone: I have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.

The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to 16m in value.

They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Quantity Surveyor that can work on large projects autonomously. Project values are circa 10m, and they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is capable of delivering projects from inception through to completion.

The ideal person will have at least 5 years’ experience, be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

Experience:

Ideally Degree Qualified Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor Able to work autonomously on large projects, circa 10m in value

Experienced working on D&B projects

Ideally new build and refurbishment experience

Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors

Full UK Drivers’ license

Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
