This developer has a very good pipeline of work for their high end residential developments which gives them a strong name in the construction industry.

The project is working on a large high end residential developments working to traditional houses and apartments with a large amount of units.

Ideal candidate5 years’ or more experience as a Site/Senior Site Manager.

You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.

Residential developer experience.

A strong track record as a Senior Site Manager.

Projects seen through from inception to completion.

Having worked on large residential schemes.

CSCS Card.

SMSTS certificate.

First Aid Certificate.
