Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire Senior Quantity Surveyor Main Contracting New Build Housing Surrey, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and OxfordshireA Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by a successful privately owned main contractor who has seen turnover increase to beyond 40m.Operating primarily across the Surrey, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire regions whilst, also venturing into London, they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is bale to cover schemes within these areas.

A key part of the business is delivering new build residential schemes on behalf of Housing Associates which typically range in value to 10m and the client is ideally after someone who has delivered these types of schemes.

The initial project you will be responsible for is a c.8m new build residential scheme consisting of 2 blocks of flats to 4 storeys with a build programme of c.1 year.

You will be joining a settled commercial team and the client is looking to appoint a stand-alone Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with a stable employment history.

On offer for this Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity is a salary guide of 60,000 – 90,000 p.a. (depending upon your level of experience and seniority) plus car allowance and benefits package.
