An ambitious and forward-thinking housing provider is seeking a Housing Safety Surveyor to play a pivotal role in protecting residents and ensuring homes remain safe, healthy and compliant.

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation investing heavily in housing safety, compliance and resident wellbeing. Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will lead on the identification, assessment and management of housing-related risks across a diverse housing portfolio, with a particular focus on HHSRS, Damp & Mould, Awaab's Law compliance and wider resident safety issues.

This is far more than a traditional Damp & Mould role. You will act as the organisation's specialist advisor on housing safety matters, influencing service delivery, driving compliance and helping shape a proactive approach to risk management that puts residents first.

What You'll Be DoingAs Housing Safety Surveyor, you will be responsible for investigating and managing a wide range of housing safety risks, ensuring residents are protected whilst supporting the organisation's legal and regulatory obligations.
