Senior Quantity Surveyor

Rate: £550 - £600 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major civils project based in Oxford.
This is a freelance opportunity offering £550 - £600 per day, with hybrid working available.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial management of a major civils project
- Cost management, forecasting and reporting
- Subcontract management and procurement
- Valuations and payment applications
- Change and variations management
- Contract administration
- Working with NEC contracts
- Supporting the wider commercial team
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong civils/construction background
- NEC contract experience
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Experience managing subcontractors and commercial packages
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- £550 - £600 per day
- Inside IR35
- Freelance contract
- Hybrid working
- Oxford-based project
- Immediate/near-term start available
