An inclusive PQS Consultancy is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Oxford office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's roleThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the full autonomy to run their own projects which will be provided to them by the partners.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working in a variety of project sectors including healthcare, residential and commercial.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor- Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
- MRICS
- Experience running projects
- PQS consultancy experience minimum 6 years
- Car and driver's license
- Pre and post contract experience
- £55,000 - £65,000
- Strong pipeline of work
- Full autonomy to run your own projects
- Phone bill paid for
- Set up and make payments into a personal pension
- Diverse range of projects

- Support from partners if needed
- Clear route to Associate
- Petrol reimbursement for travel
