Assistant Site Manager

I'm working with a key client of mine, a leading UK house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an ASM for their new build housing scheme in Oxfordshire. The scheme compromises of high volume traditional build units, compromising of houses and flats.

As an ASM, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety on site and reporting into the SSM on site. You will be responsible managing all elements of the build, assisting with superstructure and then through to internals.

I'm looking for a candidate who has steady employment with PLC house builders and delivering units to a very high standard. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid cert. This is a temp to perm position.
