As an SMSTS Non-Working Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing health and safety protocols across the construction site, ensuring that legal requirements and company standards are followed.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth site operations.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Supervise site access procedures to ensure only authorised personnel are present on-site.
• Provide guidance and support for safety training initiatives involving site personnel.
• Manage incident reporting processes, ensuring incidents are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Support the management team with planning and coordinating project milestones while maintaining health and safety compliance.

The role requires a proactive approach to site supervision, with a focus on identifying potential risks, maintaining accurate safety documentation and supporting the wider management team.
