We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team on a full‑time permanent basis. This role involves occasional weekend work and varying shift patterns, so flexibility is a must.

Since 1904, Thatchers has been crafting some of the world’s best cider. Now in our fifth generation of family cider makers, we take pride in our Somerset roots. We’ve grown with big investments in marketing, people development, innovative tech, and our world‑class cider mill – and we’re just getting started.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll learn everything there is to know about delivering outstanding customer service.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to customers
• Use bespoke IT software to carry out your day‑to‑day job
• Place customer orders and assist with promotional items/POS
• Process installation requests and repairs for customers
• Complete monthly reporting
• Manage the Thatchers Cider Shop – selling products to the public and replenishing stock
• Help with packaging online sales to go out to customers

• A good level of IT skills and be happy to learn new software systems
• The ability to analyse data and prepare reports
• Good telephone manner
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with people at all levels
• A proactive problem solver
• Resilience and flexibility, with the ability to accept and adapt to changing situations
