Clinical Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for customers, providing expert support and guidance to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Manage customer enquiries promptly, accurately, and with a proactive approach, helping to build trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate orders and liaise with laboratories to track testing progress, supporting the overall operational flow.
- Maintain detailed records using Excel and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to foster long‑term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvements.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of order management systems to streamline processes.
- Competitive salary up to £32,000, with eligibility for an annual target bonus.
- 25 days of holiday plus an extra day for your birthday, plus bank holidays.

- Positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
Based in Oxford. The role offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of three days on site, and easy access via public transport and free parking.
