Call Centre Advisor

• Respond to customer enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS.
• Book, amend, and manage customer appointments efficiently.
• Make proactive outbound calls to optimise appointment schedules and promote relevant offers.
• Accurately update customer records and interactions within the CRM system.
• Deliver a consistently professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in busy or challenging situations.
• Strong telephone manner, including handling sensitive or complaint-based calls.
• Empathy and patience, particularly when supporting customers with communication difficulties.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong team-player mindset.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.

This is a temporary position for approximately two months initially, offering full-time hours on a four-week rotating shift pattern, including one Saturday a month.

You'll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, starting on an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour with benefits of weekly pay and holiday accrual.
