Inspired Selection is seeking a Customer Experience Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Oxford. This hybrid role (2 days/week in the office) involves developing a customer experience strategy and transforming the customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to champion customer-focused improvements.
