Looking for a role where organisation, client service, and compassion come together? Join our team and play an important role in supporting people accessing essential reproductive services.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of our Regional Treatment Centre, helping to create a positive and professional experience for every client. From managing appointments and handling confidential information to answering enquiries and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for those who need us.
We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role who enjoys working with people and can confidently manage multiple priorities. You'll be highly organised, adaptable, and able to communicate with empathy and professionalism, even in a busy environment.
Flexibility and ability to travel is essential, as occasional travel to our Chesham or Reading sites may be required to provide support during periods of absence. In return, you'll benefit from free parking at all locations, reimbursement for travel outside the Oxford centre, opportunities to develop new skills through additional organisational responsibilities, and the chance to build a rewarding career within a supportive and inclusive team.
This is more than an administration role, it's an opportunity to contribute to a service that makes a real difference to people's lives every day.
About usWe have an exciting opportunity to join our national contact centre with hours that can truly compliment a great work life balance.
At MSI UK, our success rests on our dedicated team and client‑focused approach. As a leading provider of sexual and reproductive healthcare, we aim to empower clients' reproductive choices for a more equal world for everyone. Through personalised care, we prioritise our clients' needs and experiences every step of the way.
