Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealer group with over 50 sites nationwide. The Service Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership in Oxford, providing a professional and customer-focused service environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong customer service background, who are seeking to develop their career within the motor trade sector.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout their vehicle's service journey
Liaising effectively with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow
Scheduling and tracking vehicle progress using relevant systems
Communicating additional work requirements and costs to customers clearly and professionally
Preparing and processing service orders, invoices, and registrations
Assisting with file auditing, booking services, and administrative support for the aftersales department

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

No previous Service Advisor experience necessary; full training will be provided
Strong customer service and communication skills to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Excellent organisational and IT skills

Experience with Kerridge DMS or Onelink beneficial but not essential
Full, clean UK driving licence with minimal points
Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the motor trade environment
