Join our Visitor Centre Team and be the welcoming face for guests from around the globe! Role Overview :
To provide an excellent face-to-face one-stop shop service to visitors to London, including but not restricted to general journey planning information, travel and leisure ticket issuing etc. This service will take place within the vicinity and close proximity of the Visitor Centres, or any other designated area as required by the business. The jobholder will deliver world-class customer service with the goal of enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Information:
Hourly Rate: £17.12 per hour

Location:

Shift work between 4 locations in London:
Victoria, Kings Cross, Liverpool Street, Piccadilly Circus

Start Date:

ASAP

Hours:

35 hours per week, 7 days a week, shift work Contract Duration: 6 months (view to extend)

Role Overview :
Identify the full scope of customer’s needs using appropriate questioning, answer all queries fully and accurately and offer the appropriate solution Consistently demonstrate a world class customer service in dealing with customer queries and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Use your local knowledge to help visitors make the most of their time in London - catering to their needs and ensuring they have a memorable experience Offer all relevant services and products including TfL and third party tickets, maximising all sales opportunities Maintain own level of knowledge about the full range of tickets, products and services available in a VIC by reading all memos issued, ensuring that content is fully understood and support new and existing colleagues as required Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Customer Service teams to deliver seamless, one-team support Administration, adhering to all local procedures, following daily shift responsibilities including key holder tasks Maintain a safe, tidy and presentable VIC environment ensuring that leaflet racks and displays are kept full, tidy and up-to-date Work on own initiative ensuring off counter activities to support daily operation are completed in a timely manner If you are interested in this vacancy, APPLY NOW!
