In this role you will handle customer telephone queries and provide support through various communication channels, ensuring accurate information and excellent service. Maintain and update data in systems, process documents, and operate office equipment.

How You’ll Make an Impact Handle incoming customer telephone queries and provide clear, helpful support Manage customer relationships from initial contact through to resolution Maintain accurate data entry in spreadsheets, databases, and business systems Process documents and operate office systems efficiently Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery Resolve routine enquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and promote safe team working practices Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements Support the team with administrative tasks and maintain accurate performance information How We’ll Know you’re the Right Fit Strong call handling skills with previous contact centre experience preferred Good computer literacy, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to accurately input and manage data across multiple systems Clear communication skills for handling customer queries and providing support Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous but not essential How It All Comes Together Hourly Rate - £17.07 per hour, PAYE, paid weekly one week in arrears

Temporary Contract through Reed Talent Solutions, as Cadent Gases trusted recruitment partner. How Your Shifts Could Look During the initial training period, successful candidates will be required to work day shifts, Monday to Friday . Following training, there will be a period of working flexible shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday , before transitioning onto the permanent rotating shift pattern.

Permanent Shift Pattern:
This role operates on a 3,3,3 alternating shift pattern across a 9-week rotation, consisting of AM shifts, PM shifts and scheduled rest days. Shift Times:
Monday to Saturday AM: 07:00 - 15:30 (30-minute unpaid break) Monday to Saturday PM: 14:30 - 23:00 (30-minute unpaid break) Sunday AM: 07:00 - 15:00 (30-minute unpaid break) Sunday PM: 15:00 - 23:00 (30-minute unpaid break) Weekly working hours vary throughout the rotation, ranging from 31.5 to 48 hours per week , depending on the week within the cycle. This shift pattern includes regular weekend working and provides a structured rotation of working days and rest days.
