Part Time Dental Receptionist

My Client is a well established group of high end private orthodontic dental practices; they have gone through great expansion over the past few years and looking to grow even more into 2026 and strengthen their front desk reception area. They have a really low staff turnover as people enjoy working there and are well looked after. They pride themselves on the professional attitude they have toward their dental patients to make sure that people come back time after time after time.

They are recruiting for a part time dental receptionist , you will be

* Based from their central Oxford dental practice

* Working 8.30am till 5.30pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 3 days a week– NO weekends, NO late nights

* Updating the patient database and taking payments

* Booking in patients over the phone and in person, general admin duties

* When needed, helping the treatment coordinator explaining treatments to patients

Preferred Skills / background of a part time dental receptionist :

- * Be living within travelling distance to central Oxford

* You need to be fully computer literate and have experience with paperwork and attention to detail

* You need a good telephone manner and be able to great people face to face

* Having experience working in a dental practice would be ideal but they would look at someone with really strong receptionist skills not in this industry

Salary and Benefits for a part time dental receptionist :

- * £12.50 to £13.46 per hour (26-28k pro rata basic salary)

* 20 days holiday (pro rata) + 8 B/H’s

* Further training and career development if required
