About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with the Design Manager and wider operations team to support the delivery of high-end, bespoke kitchen projects from concept through to completion. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working closely with the Design Manager to ensure all aspects of the client brief are met and exceeded

* Producing design proposals using Winner/AutoCAD for presentation to clients

* Preparing and issuing detailed contracts, ensuring all documentation is returned correctly signed

* Creating detailed design plans from initial concept through to final sign-off

* Building and maintaining strong product knowledge across the full portfolio, including case studies

* Managing client queries effectively when the Design Manager is on site

* Liaising with the Applications Manager regarding appliance ordering and delivery

* Ensuring all materials and appliances are delivered to site as required

* Providing technical support and information to installation teams when necessary

* Ensuring all orders and project data are accurately recorded on the sales order processing system

* Managing post-installation snagging and ordering of outstanding items

* Compiling project case studies, including photography, for PR and website use

* Supporting the marketing team with artwork and sales support materials

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems

Requirements /

Skills:

* Proven experience within kitchen design

* Strong ambition to progress into a Kitchen Design Manager role

* Experience using CAD software (Winner/AutoCAD preferred)

* Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

* Ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Highly motivated, driven, and detail-oriented

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Willingness to travel to other showrooms when required

* Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong team-player mindset

* Full UK driving licence
