Job Description & How to Apply Below

Senior Architect, Oxford, £35k - £48k depending on experience.

An international, design focussed architectural studio is looking for a Senior Project Architect to join its growing Oxford team. This is a key hire for the practice and would suit someone confident running multiple projects across all RIBA stages, with a strong balance of design quality and technical delivery.

The studio is known for delivering high quality, well thoughtfully designed architecture, including complex and technically demanding schemes. Projects vary in scale and typology and are selected to suit individual strengths, experience and interests.

This role offers real influence within a small but growing UK team, backed by a much larger international practice. There is a genuine opportunity to progress toward Associate level, helping to shape projects and support the wider growth of the studio.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Leading and running multiple projects from concept through to delivery
  • Taking responsibility for design quality, technical coordination and project delivery
  • Managing project programmes, consultants and internal teams
  • Producing and overseeing technical drawing packages and design information
  • Acting as a key client-facing contact across projects
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with senior leadership on project strategy and design direction
Requirements:
  • ARB-registered Architect with strong post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Design-led approach with strong technical capability
  • ArchiCAD experience preferred; candidates with strong Revit experience are welcome if willing to transition to ArchiCAD
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence operating at a senior level

This is a rare opportunity to join a design focused international studio at an exciting stage of its UK growth, offering senior responsibility, autonomy, and a clear pathway to Associate level within a collaborative and ambitious team
