Pay: £89-£100 per day
A welcoming primary school in Oxford is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with an EHCP. This role suits someone patient, nurturing and committed to helping children with additional needs thrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 SEN support
Assist with learning tasks, routines and emotional regulation
Follow the EHCP and SENCO guidance
Encourage confidence, engagement and independence
Work closely with the class teacher and school team Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting children with SEN
Genuine passion for helping pupils with additional needs
Keen to build SEN experience or develop in education
