Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
Assess and monitor pupil progress, identifying next steps and ensuring all children make strong early progress
Promote positive behaviour, routines and a nurturing classroom culture
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an engaging, well-organised and inclusive learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community
