• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, identifying next steps and ensuring all children make strong early progress
• Promote positive behaviour, routines and a nurturing classroom culture
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an engaging, well‑organised and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community
