• Create and deliver engaging, effective lessons that align with the UK primary curriculum.
• Tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring all children are supported.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.
• Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a respectful, focused, and positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - a must-have for this role.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and adaptable teaching style that works across different school settings.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
