Salary: £29,344 £ 44,919 (dependent on experience)

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and inspired.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes both academic achievement and personal growth.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to guide development and celebrate success.
Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring every child reaches their potential.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a strong support network for pupil success.
Actively contribute to staff meetings, school events, and your own ongoing professional development.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential for this role.
Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1, with a deep understanding of the curriculum (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
A passion for working with young children and a commitment to supporting their academic and personal development.
Strong classroom management skills, with a positive and engaging teaching style.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
A proactive, flexible approach to teaching, with a strong commitment to professional growth.
