• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and inspired.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes both academic achievement and personal growth.

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to guide development and celebrate success.

• Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring every child reaches their potential.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a strong support network for pupil success.

• Actively contribute to staff meetings, school events, and your own ongoing professional development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential for this role.

• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1, with a deep understanding of the curriculum (ECTs are encouraged to apply).

• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to supporting their academic and personal development.

• Strong classroom management skills, with a positive and engaging teaching style.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.

• A proactive, flexible approach to teaching, with a strong commitment to professional growth.
