SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant
to join a supportive school outside

- Work directly with students
who have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups - Lead
engaging intervention sessions
designed to help students reach their full potential - Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create
individualised learning plans
that support the specific needs of each student - Be an integral part of a team that’s committed to providing the best educational experience for all pupils
- Help monitor and track students’ progress, ensuring they are receiving the support they need to thrive
- A
degree in Psychology, SEN, or a related field
with a 2:2 or above - A genuine passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs
- A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and teaching
- An ability to inspire and motivate students, creating a positive, supportive environment
- Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but
not essential
