• Work directly with students
  who have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups
• Lead
  engaging intervention sessions
  designed to help students reach their full potential
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create
  individualised learning plans
  that support the specific needs of each student
• Be an integral part of a team that’s committed to providing the best educational experience for all pupils
• Help monitor and track students’ progress, ensuring they are receiving the support they need to thrive

• A
  degree in Psychology, SEN, or a related field
  with a 2:2 or above
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs
• A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and teaching
• An ability to inspire and motivate students, creating a positive, supportive environment
• Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but
  not essential
  – we’ll support your development
