As a Youth Skills Coordinator at Oxfordshire Youth
, you will play a key role in delivering and developing our youth development programmes, supporting young people across Oxfordshire to build digital, leadership, and employability skills that help them access education, employment, and training. You will contribute to a range of impactful programmes, including accredited leadership pathways, school-based transition support, employability programmes for young people in supported accommodation, and our Digital Natives programme.
This role requires a strong grounding in youth work principles, an understanding of the barriers young people face in accessing EET, and the ability to embed digital skills and innovative approaches into engaging, meaningful programmes that empower young people to thrive
.
We are committed to supporting professional growth and would be open to supporting the successful candidate to undertake a Youth Work Qualification (subject to role requirements and performance). This development opportunity is designed to build specialist youth work skills, strengthen sector knowledge, and support career progression within the organisation.
Hours:
37.5 per week Part-time, with hours negotiable based on availability.
