• Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
• Support individual and small group learning.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist pupils with additional needs, encouraging their progress and confidence academically and socially.
• Confidently manage classroom routines and behaviour while helping to maintain a safe, structured learning space.

• Experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a primary setting.
• Ability to support pupils with additional needs and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
