As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with additional needs
• Support learning activities, behaviour management, and social skills development
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Be patient, caring, and proactive
• Have a genuine passion for helping children succeed
• (Desirable) Previous SEN experience - however, full training will be provided
