Role Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Health and Social Care Teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons to BTEC Level 3 Year 1 students. The focus will be on policies, procedures, and developing students’ understanding of professional practice within the care sector.

Remote interviews will be held via phone or Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high‑quality lessons in Health and Social Care (L3, Year
1)
Provide support and guidance to learners throughout the programme
Focus on both theory and applied practice, particularly around policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and contribute to curriculum planning
Ideal Candidate:

Holds a relevant teaching qualification
Has a strong health and social care background
Experienced in delivering post‑16 education or vocational programmes
Confident in engaging learners in both practical and theoretical topics
