Position: Gap Students - summer term 2026

GAP STUDENT

To start in the summer term for one term

This is an exciting opportunity for a Gap Student to join our enthusiastic, collaborative and hard-working team. You will be involved in all aspects of school life as no two days are the same. You will be working with children ranging from Nursery age to Year
8. This is a busy and rewarding job that would be particularly beneficial for someone considering a career working with children and young people. This is not an essential goal for applicants though. Using your own initiative, with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a fantastic team.

St Hugh's is a highly regarded coeducational day and boarding school with 350 pupils between the ages of 3 and 13. We are situated on a beautiful green campus of 40 acres in the South Oxfordshire countryside, only 25 minutes from Central Oxford. In June 2025, the Headmaster and Governors announced that St Hugh’s would be opening a Senior School in September 2026.
