Exam Invigilator – Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are looking for reliable people to join our growing team of Exam Invigilators. You will play a key role in upholding the integrity and security of the examination process.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, have a calm and organised attitude, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a confident and reassuring presence to candidates in exam rooms.

Flexible hours; by negotiation and agreement during the summer exams period in May and June, as well as some weeks in November and February. We expect invigilators to be available for a minimum of 2 days per week during this period. Typical full working days are 8.00am-5pm and half days 8.00am-12.30pm or 12.30pm-5pm.

The Swan School, part of the River Learning Trust, is Oxford's first new secondary school for over 50 years, and opened in September 2019. When full, we will have approximately 1,200 students on roll, of whom around 300 will be in the Sixth Form.
