DescriptionAs a Part-Time
Learning and Development Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting a high-quality learning experience across the business. You are responsible for the administration and coordination of training programmes, the day-to-day use of our LMS platform, and supporting the operational delivery of the company induction programme.
Working closely with the wider Learning and Development team, line managers of new starters, and subject matter experts, you support the smooth running of learning activity across the business.
This role is 20 hours per week. Ideally 4 hours per day but open to some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the logistics of training programmes from set-up through to completion, including scheduling sessions, managing diaries, sending joining instructions and reminders, and ensuring all learning materials are accurate and issued on time.
- Track attendance, completion and feedback of sessions.
- Learning Management System (MyAcademy)
- Set up courses, pathways and programmes, managing enrolments and learner access.
- Track learning completion and compliance and produce accurate learning reports.
- Support basic troubleshooting and liaise with system providers where required.
- New starter inductions
- Support the end-to-end administration of new starter induction programmes.
- Partner with the business
- Work closely with line managers and session leaders to ensure training is well planned and communicated.
- Highly organised with strong self-management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
- Visually creative.
- Curiosity for learning new systems and embracing technology.
- Ability to build positive working relationships.
