. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible, part-time work in the Oxfordshire area.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant, Classroom Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), or Early Years Practitioner who are looking to make a positive impact in a local school.

As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant in this Oxford primary school, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions
• Assist pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support behaviour management in line with school policies
• Prepare learning resources and classroom materials

This Teaching Assistant role offers flexible part-time hours and may lead to a long-term placement for the right candidate.

To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role in Oxford, you will:

• Have previous experience working in a UK primary school
• Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) - desirable but not essential
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Be reliable, adaptable, and proactive
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
