Exam Invigilators

About the role:

We are seeking to recruit invigilators across Oxfordshire for our campuses in Oxford, Banbury, and Blackbird Leys, ensuring our students receive the best possible exam experience. This is a vital role, essential for the smooth delivery of exams and for creating a positive experience for our learners as they complete their courses. No experience is necessary, and all training will be provided.

We run exams and assessments throughout the year, particularly during January, May and June. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and secure exam environment for our students at these critical times in their educational journey.

• Supervising students and ensuring exam regulations are followed
• Maintaining a calm atmosphere during exams
• Providing support to students with additional access arrangements as required
• Assisting with IT-based exams when required and training will be provided
