, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on either a 1:1 or general classroom basis.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs or SEMH
• Work 1:1 with specific learners or provide general classroom support
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery, learning activities, and classroom routines
• Build positive relationships with students, helping them engage, learn, and thrive
• Encourage independence and celebrate every achievement, big or small

You don't need to be an expert - just someone with the right attitude

• Experienced Teaching Assistants

• Psychology/education graduates
• Youth workers or mentors
• Anyone with a passion for helping young people

You must:

• Be reliable and nurturing
• Be confident working with children or young people
• Be willing to complete a DBS check (we can help with this)
