Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Oxford is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN TA to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment where every pupil is encouraged to succeed.

As an SEN TA, you will work closely with class teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance for pupils with Special Educational Needs. The SEN TA will help create a positive and engaging classroom environment where children feel confident, supported, and motivated to learn.

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assisting with personalised learning activities
• Adapting classroom resources to meet individual learning needs
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development
• Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and outside professionals
