We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

Job Title: Student Support Assistant

What You’ll Do:

• Support students in class, small groups, or one-to-one sessions.
• Help students access the curriculum, build independence, and develop confidence.
• Assist with literacy, numeracy, note-taking, and other learning tasks.
• Track progress and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C or above).
• Experience supporting students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs.
• Strong IT skills and excellent organisational abilities.
• A caring, adaptable, and team‑focused approach.
• DBS Certificate – Enhanced & on Update Service.
